Our winery is a founding member of the association "Verband der großen Weine" with the regional brand "Pannonischer Reigen". Short vine pruning, specific foliage work, thinning out of the surplus grapes, integrated plant protection as well as the selection of the optimal harvest date are the conditions for achieving a high-quality grape material. Through gentle pressing and appropriate barrel and bottle storage, our wines are brought to full maturity. We press 25% red wines and 75% white wines. Almost half of the wines are sweet wines (Prädikatsweine) of all stages, from "Spätlese, Auslese, Beerenauslese, Ausbruch, Trockenbeerenauslese to Eiswein".
