The vineyards of the Schindler winery are spread across the best locations in Mörbisch. The mild Pannonian climate, the moderating climatic effect of Lake Neusiedl, and the diverse soils provide ideal conditions for viticulture.
As diverse as the soils are, so are the wines. The spectrum ranges from fruity quality wines to robust sweet Trockenbeerenauslese. Traditional varieties like Blaufränkisch and Welschriesling are the typical base varieties of the winery. Wines like Merlot [&] Syrah bridge the gap to contemporary tastes as internationally recognized and sought-after varieties.

We mainly produce red and white wines that are typical for Burgenland. In the vinification, we combine the knowledge passed down from generation to generation with modern production methods. This guarantees harmonious wines with character: The qualities range from fruity-light wines to full-bodied red barriques.
In small quantities, we produce sparkling wine, brandy, and grape juice, thus rounding out our offerings.
