As a traditional winery, the Pasler-Bäck family has been synonymous with excellent, natural wines since 1777. The grapes for these wines ripen on 20 hectares of vineyards, most of which have been in family ownership for generations. All of them are excellent locations with mostly ancient vineyard soils in Jois, Neusiedl am See and Winden. Varietally pure vineyards, careful care and one to three years of storage under constant control in the cellar contribute the rest to the fact that our wines mature to incomparable quality.
