Look consciously. Make it equal to nature. Not to put our hands in our lap. This guiding principle has accompanied the winery for more than twenty years. In the sustainable cultivation of the 35 hectares of vineyards, there is no compromise for the winemaker. All production steps are carried out in the spirit of sustainability and in harmony with nature.
A lot of the work at the Kerschbaum winery is done by hand, because it is gentler on the soil and the grapes and therefore better for the wines. The gentle vinification ensures soft, well-integrated tannins and intense fruit richness. Aging in oak barrels increases the maturity potential of the wines and makes them particularly complex.
Last but not least, the awards from Vinaria and Gault Millau, as Salon, Falstaff and À-la-Carte winner, the Gold Medal in Chicago or the appointment as Falstaff "Winemaker of the Year" reinforce the quality path.
