Our family business knows how to press the grapes ripened under favourable climatic conditions into high quality wines.
The vineyard area of around 9 ha is divided into approx. 60% white wine and 40% red wine and consists mainly of the varieties Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, Merlot, Welschriesling, Rheinriesling, Weißburgunder and Traminer, which grow in the vineyards Ungerberg, Altberg, Edelgründe and Fürstliches Prädium on the edge of Lake Neusiedl.
Fruity, sparkling white wines are mainly matured in stainless steel tanks, which are bottled in the following spring.
Heavy, full-bodied red wines are traditionally aged in wooden barrels, where they are stored and matured until they are bottled.
