Klein makes wine In the hottest place in Austria, more precisely in idyllic Andau, in the middle of the wine-growing region of Lake Neusiedl, young winemaker Jacqueline Klein produces her fine drops with complete dedication. "The wines opulent and profound, authentic and autochthonous and yet a touch of international flair in the rear - that's how I like them!" - Jacqueline Klein On a total of 42 hectares of vines, the winemaker cultivates 85% red wine and 15% white wine. Clearly structured, harmonious, paired with a fine fruit style, the white wines present themselves. Her passion, however, is clearly for red wines. The leading variety of the winery is Zweigelt, followed by Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Syrah, the winemaker produces elegant, single-varietal wines, but also noble cuvées. Among other things, she pays special attention to the respectful treatment of nature, which is why the farm is certified "Sustainable Austria" since 2019. The harmony of vine and terroir, coupled with the intuition of winemaker Jacqueline Klein, all this produces above all characteristic and unique wines.
