The prevailing conditions of mica slate, shell limestone as well as loam and loess soils offer optimal conditions for a characteristic taste.
Climate
The Pannonian climate in the Mittelburgenland region offers perfect conditions for maximum ripeness.
Grapes
Mainly red wine cultivation. According to the leading variety of the area, the main focus is on the variety Blaufränkisch.
Varieties
Traditional, classically aged in large oak barrels and tanks. In small oak barrels, depending on variety, vintage and aging time.
