The Haider family has been vinifying grapes of the highest quality for generations. The sandy and gravelly brown soils of the "Siebenmahd", "Weissee", "Hofacker" and "Neubruch" vineyards and the Pannonian wine climate allow the vines to thrive as they should. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand and refined using modern cellar techniques as well as old and proven methods. The wines are left as natural as possible (e.g. vegan, very little sulphur,...). The experience of the winegrower helps to produce exquisite wines with sensitive handling.
