Winery "Erwin Tinhof"

In Eisenstadt, on the slopes of the Leitha Mountains, lie the vineyards of Erwin Tinhof.
Exclusively Austrian grape varieties have been cultivated with conviction for 11 generations.
Naturally close to nature, without insecticides and herbicides, and without artificial fertilization or irrigation, Erwin Tinhof manages 16 hectares of vineyard area.
This vineyard is planted with up to 55-year-old vines of traditional, almost purely Austrian varieties such as Neuburger and Weißburgunder as well as Blaufränkisch, Sankt Laurent, and Zweigelt.
After careful hand-picking, exclusively from their own grapes, and gentle processing - of course without any technical concentration processes, the wines are bottled at Tinhof.
Since 2012, our organic farming method has been certified.
