Just fine Wine - down-to-earth, straightforward, consistent, fresh, courageous and honest Good wine requires healthy and optimally ripened grapes. My aim is to achieve high quality through intensive work in the vineyard. I am living my dream of a winery, which I have been striving for since I was a child.
I look after 13 hectares of vineyards or 52,000 vines every day. Each vine is worked by hand around 13 times in the annual cycle. That means: "A lot of work and little time". In the cellar, things are a little quieter and more relaxed.
