Christian Kirnbauer, who grew up among the vines, draws from the rich experience and knowledge of his ancestors. With much courage and an openness to new things, he builds upon this foundation. Together with his family, he passionately works to get the best out of the vines. Since 2015, he has been producing wines himself, starting with an extraordinary first vintage.
Christian and his wife Yvonne open their doors for you and invite you to enjoy noble drops and special delicacies. In a cozy atmosphere with a view of the vineyards, you can experience the elegance and clarity of their wines, which are characterized by a careful handling of resources and a conscious omission of the unnecessary.
Through meticulous care of the fruits and resources, multifaceted, varietal and terroir-typical wines are created that impress with depth, elegance, and power. The varietal wines from the “PUR” line are aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve their varietal character as unadulterated as possible. The “PREMIUM” wines are aged for at least 18 months in new barriques or 500-liter oak barrels. These wines are rich in finesse, elegant, and profound, coming from the best and oldest vineyards of the winery.
