The farm is a pure family business that cultivates vineyards on an area of about 3 hectares.
The grapes are all handpicked and selected in the process. After open fermentation, Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and for our Cuvée Quinto "R" Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc are vinified dry. We allow our rosé wines alone a fruity residual sweetness, which harmonizes well with the corresponding acidity.
