Our wine tavern is the image of our organic agriculture. It determines what finds its way into our kitchen and then onto our plates and platters. The basic products for the dishes from our kitchen change depending on the season, but we remain true to our high standards, enthusiasm for the craft and appreciative processing from the snout to the tail throughout the year.
FARM PRODUCTS FROM WINE TO FREE-RANGE PORK.
We do not compromise on taste and quality. That's why we produce as much as possible ourselves, from meat, lardo and sausages from our own organic Pfefferbüchsel pigs to our sourdough breads, and when it comes to baking bread, we reflect on old, gentle techniques that make yeast and additives superfluous. Thus, the delicacies from our meat ripening room, the steam oven and our manufactory have the same origin as the in-house wines that accompany them.
HOME IS WHERE THE TABLE IS.
In our large guest room, designed with natural materials, in the cozy guest garden or in our vinotheque, everyone has still found his regular table. Outside of our set times, you can also book the premises of our Heuriger for your wedding, private wine tasting, company or birthday celebrations. And if there is no celebration at the moment: We think yes, a good glass of wine is an occasion in itself.
