One of our most important principles in the production of the products that end up on your plate is quality! We process all Heurigen delicacies with the same care and quality awareness as at the beginning of our company history. Thus, smoked meat and Surbraten are still cured and smoked by ourselves, the bratwurst and Blunzn are made according to traditional recipes as they were 30 years ago, and even the spreads are made by Chef Gerti herself. All the dishes we serve our guests are lovingly prepared, richly garnished and served with great hospitality.
We are happy to serve you a glass of our exquisite wines such as Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon or our white wine Grüner Veltliner. In summer, our shady arbors invite you to linger.
