Already in 1947 the first self-made wine was fermented. Today, the grapes ripen and thrive on a vineyard area of 4 hectares, which the Junior Chef Mario, the Senior Chef Reinhold and even the over 85-year-old Grandpa Otto, take care of.
The vineyards cover an area of 5 hectares and are located on sunny southern slopes in Neusiedl near Güssing and Zahling. The good climatic conditions and ideal soil conditions at all locations give the wines their typical character.
