There are countless wineries in Gols, many with the name Allacher. And we have been one of them for over 50 years. We make wine on a small area, with good humor and full of passion. Why? To achieve what is important to us: to make wine that we ourselves enjoy. How do we manage that? Through time, knowledge, a lot of manual work and the odd glass of wine. The WINE is made in the VINEYARD, which is why precise manual work and reduced yields are very important to us. We cultivate the best locations, treat each vineyard as it needs it and know our vines. We do not use chemical weed killers and work in such a way as to keep plant protection as low as possible, because only a healthy plant on healthy soil produces top products. In order to bring the aroma of the grapes into the bottle, the work in the cellar is extremely gentle. 9 grape varieties are pressed, from strong red wine to refreshing frizzante. But they all have one thing in common: before they are bottled, the whole family meticulously tastes, discusses and talks shop, often a little late into the night, so that every wine that has Allacher on it tastes the way we imagine it should and enjoy drinking it ourselves.
