The vineyards of the family business are located in the middle of the National Park Neusiedler See - Seewinkel. In the vineyard, environmentally friendly production is an important consideration. The trend towards quality production is increasingly being implemented. The berries are separated from the stalks immediately during the grape harvest in order to remove bitter substances. The young wine matures predominantly in stainless steel tanks. Sometimes we also use small barriques. In our restaurants (Café Galumbo - Untere Hauptstr. 24 and Kathi´s World - Ufergasse 15) you have the possibility to taste all our wines.
