The history of the CONRAD family has been closely linked to the free town of Rust and wine-growing for centuries. In 1819 Ludwig did. v. Conrad has already published a book that deals specifically with viticulture in Rust. We want to continue this long tradition and produce the best Ruster wine. We have set ourselves the goal of the “Ruster Trilogy”, which means to produce fruity, dry white wines, rich red wines and noble sweet wines (Ruster Ausbruch) in excellent quality. We have been cultivating our vineyards organically since 2008.
Our winery and sale in the Eye of God” one of the most beautiful houses on the Town Hall Square, is particularly noticeable by the beautiful bay window that looks over the square.
The “Ruster Trilogy” produces white, red and noble sweet wines in perfection, that is our primary goal. We produce wines from the following grapes:

In the house “Eye of God” we have our red wine cellar. It was rebuilt and expanded in 2005 and adapted to the current requirements. We produce white wines in our modern cellar, which is equipped with stainless steel tanks and refrigeration. This spatial separation is optimal for the production and storage of the different types of wine and allows us to respond particularly well to the needs of the different types of wine.
