Gentle hills, lots of nature and numerous vineyards describe the landscape around the Eisenberg, where young winemaker Thom Wachter has settled.
Before becoming an independent winemaker, he ran the Wachter-Wiesler toque restaurant together with his sister. Since 2015, he has put all his heart and soul into his approximately 1.5 hectares of vineyards and that is exactly what you will taste.
You could visit his winery daily by appointment!
