On more than five hectares of vineyard, distributed along the cycle path towards Mörbisch and Oggau, you will find our vineyards, where the most beautiful grapes thrive. The grapes are pressed using traditional methods, but in a modern way. Gracile white wines and voluminous red wines form our assortment and you can taste them at any time. The white grapes are harvested by hand, gently processed and fermented in cooled stainless steel tanks. Thus the natural aroma and fruitiness is preserved for a long time. Welschriesling, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay - mostly dry aged. Neuburger and Goldberg are sweet wines, which make especially ladies' hearts beat faster. Only healthy, fully ripe berries are brought into the house for the red wine. Fermented in the fermentation rack and then traditionally aged in oak barrels in the 300-year-old wine cellar. Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, Pinot Noir. In addition, French barrique barrels are also often used: for the Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Merlot varieties. But the great pride is of course the "Ruster Ausbruch".
