The 5 hectare vineyard is managed in controlled integrated production. We work in nature and with nature. Quality grows in the vineyard. Our caring hands bring them to their full potential in the cellar. Careful handling of chemical agents is very important to us with regard to our children and future citizens of the world. That's why our motto in this regard is as little as possible but as much as necessary. The unique climate around Lake Neusiedl combined with the good soil allows our traditional family business to produce unique quality and premium wines. We mainly rely on tried and tested grape varieties such as Grüner Veltliner and Welschriesling. Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Rhine Riesling, Müller Thurgau, St. Laurent, Zweigelt and Roesler. We have white wines from dry to sweet (Spätlese, Auslese). We also have a Traminer Spätlese barrique from earlier times in our program, which is mainly drunk as an aperitif. We also produce wine, fruit brandies, grape juice, mustards, fruit spreads and vinegars. With us you can also read the name WHITE on the label of our red wines (whether dry, sweet or barrique). We cordially invite you to taste our unique Tröpferl. You can also visit the old brick vaulted cellar where the wines mature until they are bottled.
