Vineyards have been owned by the Köller family since 1895. (1741 foundation stone KÖLLERHAUS) In 1995 Ronald E. and Hans-Joachim took over the business from their parents and continue to run it in the tried and tested form. They currently cultivate 5.5 hectares.
The focus is on the right choice of vineyards (Tatschler, Ganassler, Sätzen, Langenrain in the municipality of Großhöflein) and careful cultivation (precise pruning, targeted foliage work, limited quantities).
Healthy grapes, gentle pressing, the exclusive use of strained must for quality wines and careful fermentation guarantee fruity, dry white wines with a pleasant acidity. The red wines are fermented in open oak vats. Biological acid reduction and plenty of time result in velvety mild wines with harmonious tannin content and dense varietal characteristics.
The cosy wine tavern of the winery is located at Wiener Straße 25 in the Kleinhöflein district of Eisenstadt. Classic and Mediterranean Heurigen dishes are served with the excellent wines of the house. T:+43 680 2453717
