History
As a family business, we have been running a mixed agricultural business since 1773, already in the 7th generation, consisting of wine and arable farming. Our farm is located in Mönchhof, the oldest wine-growing community in Austria, in the centre of the wine-growing region Neusiedler See-Seewinkel.

Climate/soil structure
Our wine-growing area is located in the Pannonian climate zone, with about 2000 hours of sunshine per year.
The vineyards are located within a radius of 5 km, with a changeable soil structure: the warmer sites are composed of gravel and sand, the colder sites are made of moisturizing clay.

Varieties/Products
We produce 60% white wines and 40% red wines. Our range consists of regionally typical varieties such as Grüner Veltliner, Rheinriesling, St. Laurent, St. Laurent Barrique and Zweigelt. Further own products are naturally cloudy grape must and various grape brandies.

Philosophy
"We strive to produce good quality as close to nature as possible and to produce our wines at a good price-performance ratio.
