The Wachholder winery is one of the small but fine businesses in the Eisenberg winegrowing region in southern Burgenland.
The winery is run by father Ernst and daughter Yvonne Wachholder according to the motto "Quality begins where the wine is made". Thus, the farm is run with much love, passion and care and captivates with charm and character. Particular attention is paid to the Blaufränkisch, which is vinified in three stages of development.
