Tschidaronia - The chokeberry from Seewinkel A friend of ours told us enthusiastically about the chokeberry. She also told us about the positive effect on her health since she regularly drinks the juice of the berry. This aroused our interest in the plant.
As a result, we intensively studied the shrub and were amazed at the positive effects the berry's ingredients are said to have on human health - more details can be found under the menu item "The Berry". After these research results, we decided to cultivate the berry at our place in the Seewinkel. In November 2014, the time had come. We have a small plantation with about 1,000 pcs. Plants in Illmitz in Burgenland established.
Since June 2021 our conversion to BIO is completed and we are allowed to sell our products with the BIO seal from the harvest 2021.
