At Rotweinhof Amminger, we are not only committed to quality-oriented viticulture, but also to nature-oriented viticulture. Short pruning, thinning out of the grapes and intensive foliage work create the conditions for harvesting healthy and fully ripe grapes. The heavy clay soil also gives the grapes a very typical spiciness. The fully ripe grapes are carefully handpicked and then gently processed.
