In the ponds, the fish feed mainly on plankton, algae and insect larvae that occur naturally in the pond. In addition, the sturgeons are still fed with domestic pumpkin press cake. The quality of CAVIARS is closest in taste to the original wild caught caviar.
The natural rhythm dictates a harvesting period from mid-September to spring - during the cold months. In this period the caviar is at its best!
