In Oslip in Burgenland, our wines grow in the special microclimate of the Ruster Hügelland, characterised by limestone, slate and gneiss soils. We have been working organically for years and are in the final phase of the organic conversion. Our wines are produced naturally through spontaneous fermentation without fining or pure yeasts, which preserves their independence. By reducing yields and selective hand-picking, we create wines that emphasise their origin - always with respect for nature. The wines should speak for themselves and be ambassadors for Burgenland.
