In the middle of the Rudersdorf hills, the Himler family is at home and calls a stately 800 fruit trees their own.
In their fruit processing Himler they produce finest fruit juices and noble brandies. They pay special attention to the apricot, which is very popular as fresh fruit, nectar or distillate. A single-variety brandy made from Crown Prince Rudolf apples also rounds out the remarkable assortment.
To provide a comfortable setting for tastings, the Himler family has set up a "Schnapsothek". Lovers can taste here as they please and, of course, also buy (only possible by appointment).
