Working in the vineyard becomes a family outing, and not just when the grape harvest is in progress. The family cultivates a total of just under one hectare of vineyard on the Wintener Weinberg. The small, fine winery has been run organically since 2003. Because what grows in untouched nature, wine connoisseurs also appreciate.
Organic viticulture is a production method for the economic production of high quality grapes, wine and other grape products. The vineyard ecosystem is considered as a unit. All care activities are included. The protection of human health, the preservation of the production base and the environment are in the foreground.
In the middle of the small, tranquil Bildein, Gerhard Müllner has created his wine refuge. A separate wing houses the wine production. In modern stainless steel tanks the good drops wait for their maturity. Next to them, in the cozy parlor, guests and friends chat about God and the world, and of course about wine.
