Working in the vineyard turns into a family outing, and not just during grape harvest season. The family manages nearly one hectare of vineyard at the Wintener Weinberg. This small, fine winery has been operated according to organic methods since 2003. Because what grows in untouched nature is valued even by wine connoisseurs.
The organic viticulture is a production method for the economical generation of high-quality grapes, wine, and other grape products. The vineyard ecosystem is regarded as a unit, and all care measures are included. The protection of human health, the preservation of production bases, and the environment are paramount.
In the middle of the small, charming Bildein, Gerhard Müllner has created his wine refuge. A dedicated section houses the wine production. In modern stainless steel tanks, the fine drops await their maturation. Next door, in the cozy parlor, guests and friends chat about everything and anything, and of course, also about the wine.
