Whisk(e)y and beer – how does that fit together?
The team of Kobersdorf beer has not become distillers, but they are happy to cooperate with local producers! Thus, the team produces whisky mashes for customers based on classical examples. The initial production steps in Scottish distilleries are technically fundamentally no different than in a brewery. Whether from conventional malts or specialty malts - all wishes will be fulfilled! You determine the type – Scotch, Irish, Rye, ... – and the team at the Kobersdorf Brewery will take care of the steps until distillation.
