Since 1696, our business in St. Georgen near Eisenstadt has been family-owned. The farm has always been passed down as a whole to one of the sons. For this reason, the farm has been awarded the title "ERBHOF".
On the calcareous southern slopes of the Leitha Mountains, fresh fruity white wines, full-bodied dense red wines, and noble sweet quality wines up to dry berry selection ripen in a Pannonian climate.
We produce white and red wines on 10 hectares of vineyard using controlled integrated pest management. A quick quality-oriented individual pruning, selective harvesting, and gentle vinification allow top wines to mature in our cellar.
The range of dry white wines extends from Grüner Veltliner to Welschriesling, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc.
The red wines (Blaufränkisch, Blauer Zweigelt, and Blauer Burgunder) are aged for one year in wooden barrels before being bottled. Part of our red wines is aged in barriques (oak barrels).
Our Muscat grape juice is very popular. It contains no preservatives and is made without added sugar.
We supply restaurants and wine shops in Austria, Germany, and Slovakia with our quality wines and high-quality varietal typical wines.
