Our company in St. Georgen near Eisenstadt has been in family ownership since 1696. The farm was always handed over as a whole to one of the sons. For this reason the title "ERBHOF" was awarded to the farm.
On the calcareous southern slopes of the Leithagebirge, fresh fruity white wines, full-bodied dense red wines and quality-tested wine up to Trockenbeerenauslese ripen in a pannonian climate.
We produce white and red wines on 10 hectares of vineyards according to controlled integrated plant protection. Short quality-oriented individual pruning, selective harvesting and gentle vinification allow top wines to mature in our cellar.
The assortment of dry white wines ranges from Grüner Veltliner to Welschriesling, Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc.
The red wines (Blaufränkisch, Blauer Zweigelt and Blauer Burgunder) are stored for one year in wooden barrels before being bottled. Some of our red wines are aged in barrique (oak barrel).
Our nutmeg grape juice enjoys great popularity. It contains no preservatives and is produced without added sugar.
We supply restaurants and vinotheques in Austria, Germany and Slovakia with our quality wines and high-quality, varietal draught wines.
