Eva and Matthias Eichberger, run a small certified organic family business in Neckenmarkt and produce mainly fruit juices and apple cider. The fruits for this thrive in their own orchards and vineyards, are harvested gently by hand, pressed into juices by themselves and preserved only by heating.
In addition to apple, pear and grape juice, you will also find mixed juices such as apple beet, apple carrot and apple quince. Also naturally cloudy apple vinegar and balsamic apple vinegar are available in our farm store.
From our own apiary there are acacia and forest honey, cream honey and in the pre-Christmas period self-poured beeswax candles.
