For three generations now, the winery, including Buschenschank and agriculture, exists in the midst of the wine idyll on Kulmer Berg/Eberau.
The wines are pressed with great care and expertise. The culinary delicacies are prepared from ingredients of their own agriculture with farming and pig breeding.
Just as the grapes thrive on the sunny slopes in the midst of the Pinka Valley, so does the hearty meat ripen in the in-house smokehouse. The assortment of dishes ranges from ham, air-dried raw ham, pressed sausage and Hauswürstel to home-baked farmhouse bread.
