Amber castle

For centuries, Bernstein Castle served to protect the population from enemy armies. Today the castle fulfills its function as a bulwark against the hustle and bustle of modern times.
Commandingly situated on a rock above the Diving Valley, Bernstein Castle looks out over the Hungarian Plain and southern Styria.

The fortifications, the castle garden, the chapel and the Renaissance banquet hall can be visited. The interior is reserved exclusively for guests of the castle hotel.
Registration is requested, as the size of the group is limited and only those with registration can be admitted if there are many visitors.
