From Soybean to Flavor Variety – Everything from One Source
We – Ulla Wittmann and Ludwig Birschitzky - process soybeans from our own organic cultivation into handcrafted tofu for the discerning palate. In our farm store, you can also find the following organic soy specialties: Tempeh, soy patties, tofu spread, vegan ready meals in jars, and roasted soybeans. Rice, pickled vegetables, cold-pressed oils, and fermented garlic complement our range.
All MANUFABA products are handcrafted, vegan, gluten-free, and free from artificial flavor enhancers and preservatives. Our organic foods meet all the criteria that we consider important in times of climate crisis and the necessary energy transition: plant-based foods that grow on healthy, pesticide-free soil and provide high-quality proteins to the local population through short supply chains.
