From soya beans to a variety of flavours - everything from a single source
We - Ulla Wittmann and Ludwig Birschitzky - process soya beans from our own organic farm into handmade tofu for the discerning palate. In our farm shop you can also buy the following organic soya specialities: tempeh, soya loaf, tofu spread, vegan ready meals in jars and soya snacks. Pickled vegetables, cold-pressed oils and fermented garlic complete our range.
All MANUFABA products are handmade, vegan, gluten-free and free from artificial flavour enhancers and preservatives. Our foods fulfil all the criteria that we consider important in times of climate crisis and the necessary energy transition: Plant-based foods that grow on healthy, pesticide-free soil and provide people in the region with high-quality proteins via short distances.
