The farm comprises about 15 hectares of land, 1/3 of which is arable land, 1/3 orchards with about 500 old orchard trees and 1/3 forest. In addition, there is a small animal husbandry with chickens, ducks and turkeys.
An own protected beverage brand. A naturally cloudy direct fruit juice, carefully produced in our own pressing plant, exclusively from scattered fruit apples, Uhudler grapes and chokeberry, in various compositions, without additives. The main apple varieties are Goldparmäne, Bohnapfel, Ilzer Rosenapfel, Steirischer Maschanzker, Kronprinz Rudolf, and the main grape varieties are Clinton (small berries) and Concordia (large berries).
