With us there are little things. In our kitchen, less is more, because we are all about appreciating the supposedly "simple things". Like the taste of a potato.
Nature provides us with everything we need. Herbs and grapes grow from the ground, sheep graze on the soil and the clay for building also comes from the soil. A harmonious and respectful life with nature is natural for us.
We buy our ingredients exclusively from organic producers in the region. We serve our specialties from Jura and Krainer stone sheep fresh from the grill.
