Under the motto “GanzGansRegional”, winegrower Igor Preselj and “Pannonist” Jorgos Kostomiris are hosting this year's pop-up event for Martini at the MATE winery in Zagersdorf on November 8.
The focus will once again be on regional food from trusted producers and - in keeping with the times - the Mattersburger Weidegansl from Angelika Moser [Ganz Gans]. A veggie menu is also on offer for those who prefer meat-free meals.
Igor Preselj will be serving characteristic and interesting wines from his range, and there will also be insights into the business and the wine cellar - including barrel samples. An alternative non-alcoholic beverage accompaniment is also possible. Igor and Jorgos are looking forward to a culinary Martini evening together in a special ambience!
