An insight into the world of fungi and their importance for the ecosystem
During a short preliminary discussion, the basics of collecting mushrooms are explained and the most common myths are cleared up. The importance of fungi for our ecosystem is particularly discussed. During the subsequent hike, the mushrooms found are identified and explained. The most important identifying characteristics are discussed and you get a rough overview of the local species. A small mushroom exhibition is planned at the end of the excursion.

Recommended equipment: Sturdy shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, insect repellent, airy collection containers Storage of the mushrooms (e.g. basket, fabric bag - no plastic bags!), foldable bag knife, magnifying glass and possibly also provisions
