An unbelievable 350 bird species have already been confirmed in the Neusiedler See - Seewinkel National Park. Under the expert guidance of our rangers, the focus of this tour is on observation.
The National Park Neusiedler See - Seewinkel is known far beyond the borders as a hotspot for bird watching. More than 350 bird species have already been confirmed in Lake Neusiedl National Park. Of course, not all bird species can be seen at the same time. Some are here all year round, some are only passing through, others use the area to raise their young or as wintering grounds. Whenever you visit our national park, it is almost impossible not to make exciting bird observations.

Equipment: Sturdy shoes, clothing suitable for the weather (sun, rain and wind protection), water bottle, binoculars if available. The tour takes place in any weather. We reserve the right to flexibly design the content of the tour and adapt it to the weather conditions.
Meeting point: National Park Center Illmitz
From here you can drive to the corresponding excursion points by car (own car is not mandatory), but the excursion basically takes place on foot.
