4th Blaufränkischland Marathon

The Blaufränkischland Marathon will take place on October 4, 2025 for the fourth time!

The ideal event to combine the finest regional cuisine with sporting activities! It is not necessarily about reaching the finish line in record time. Rather, the focus is on enjoying together in combination with movement.

FACTS ABOUT THE RACE

• When? Saturday, October 4, 2025
• Where? Start and finish: Deutschkreutz, in front of the New Middle School
• Race number distribution: Saturday, October 4 from 8:00 AM until 30 minutes before each start in the gym of the NMS Deutschkreutz

RACES & START TIMES

• 9:00 AM: Marathon (42 km)
• 09:30 AM: 1/2 Marathon (21 km) - Block A
• 10:00 AM: 1/2 Marathon (21 km) - Block B
• 10:30 AM: 1/4 Marathon (10.4 km) - Block A
• 11:00 AM: 1/4 Marathon (10.4 km) - Block B
• 12:00 PM: 1/8 Marathon (5.4 km)

At the tasting stations along the respective routes, there will be wine tastings and culinary delights for all participants, as well as water and grape juice. On the marathon and half marathon routes, there will also be classic refreshment stations with water and isotonic drinks.

SUPPORTING PROGRAM IN THE START/FINISH AREA

• Up to 15 tasting stations will alternate with classic refreshment stations
• Wine tastings and culinary delights for all participants at the tasting stations, water and isotonic drinks at the refreshment stations
• Moderation and DJ from 08:30 AM
• Start of the races from 09:00 AM
• Diverse supporting program for participants and spectators with beverage stands, food trucks, and much more
• Award ceremony at 3:30 PM in front of the NMS Deutschkreutz
• Finish time at 4:00 PM
• “After Run Party” with live music from 5:00 PM
