The Viennese sisters Ania and Sophie Druml are among the most versatile young musicians in Austria. Multiple award-winners, including semi-finalists in the renowned ARD Music Competition, they make their debut at the Liszt Festival with virtuoso repertoire for two pianos by Franz Liszt. The B minor Sonata in the version by Camille Saint-Saëns for 2 pianos will be performed for the first time.
Ania Druml, both cellist and pianist, studies at the mdw in Vienna and has won numerous prizes. She has already performed internationally, including in China, the USA and Europe.
Sophie Druml, also a pianist and violinist, impresses audiences with her technical skills. She studies with renowned teachers and has already given concerts all over the world, including at the Berlin Philharmonie and Lincoln Center in New York. Her collaboration with TwoSet Violin as "Sophie Oui-Oui" is very successful on YouTube.
The sisters made their debut together in the Golden Hall of the Vienna Musikverein in 2020 and regularly perform at major festivals and in renowned concert halls.
