This nice little family business is run by the Uitz family and their two children.
The modern bakery produces farmhouse bread, Salzstangerln, filled Kipferl, Topfengolatschen, Buchteln and other little treats, which are sold at the farmers' market in Jennersdorf on Friday and Saturday.
They found their great passion in sheep breeding, which now consists of about 80 mother animals. The lamb is slaughtered, roughly cut up and sold in vacuum-packed pieces. Seasonal liver spreads, smoked sausages and smoked lamb delicacies are prepared. Please order in advance!
