From the end of March, the stork nests on the roofs of the town are occupied. Lake Neusiedl is home for around 10% of the entire breeding population of white storks in Austria. Therefore it is not surprising that Rust also calls itself the town of storks. For this reason and its special architecture, the UNESCO World Heritage old town exudes a special flair.

The Seehotel Rust is located not far from the town center. The seminar hotel offers a wide range of leisure activities, state-of-the-art event technology, excellent service and exclusive green areas with the hotel's own island and access to the lake for leisure and training sessions.

Every seminar and conference room has natural daylight and most have direct access to the outdoors.
